Changes announced for 3 Canadian Immigration Programs

In order to reduce the backlog of economic applications, CIC will be adjusting the intake of applications from certain immigration categories. Some people think that this will cool down the heated real estate market in a few Canada major cities esp in Vancouver.  However, I’m not too sure about that.  Based on the article, we have so many backlog cases.  What they are doing doesn’t automatically means we have less people coming.  This might be a political policy.  By the time all the backlog being eased off, I’m not surprised they will pump up the numbers again.
